MadEdge proudly ships worldwide. Due to varying logistics networks and local customs regulations, delivery costs and times are calculated dynamically based on the destination country, state/province, and chosen carrier.

- Customs & Duties: Buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by the destination country.

Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
We stand by the quality of MadEdge products. Review our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for items received via delivery.
30-Day Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of damage.
A Year Warranty
All MadEdge sharpening systems are covered by our one year manufacturing warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This excludes normal wear and tear of consumable parts like grinding stones.
Lost Shipment
If your tracking information stalls for more than 15 business days, please contact our support team. We will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement unit if the package is confirmed lost.
